Group B

Trinidad vs Sweden in Dortmund:
No one would have thought that Trinidad & Tobago would come away from this game with a point but thanks to anjury to Kelvin Jack, shortly before the kick-off, Shaka Hislop took his place and played the best game of his life.

England vs Trinidad & Tobago in Nürnberg:
One things teams need to learn about football at this level, is that if you set out your stall to defend, you'll let in a goal near the final whistle when you start to lose concentration; perhaps two.

Paraguay vs Trinidad & Tobago in Kaiserslautern:
Trinidad & Tobago still had a faint chance to qualify for the Second Round before this game kicked-off but if you fail to score goals, you fail to win. Trinidad & Tobago didn't score a single goal at the 2006 World Cup Finals, unless you count Brent Sancho's own goal against Paraguay.

Knockout Stage

Trinidad & Tobago failed to qualify for the Second Round.
